Car Bmw X6
The 2010 BMW X6 lineup features some new versions, including a high performance M and electric/gas hybrid. It accommodates up to four passengers and is somewhat bigger than the BMW's 5-Series medium sized cars. It gets an elevated suspension similar to that of the other midsize SUV from BMW; the X5.
Standard V6 versions come in 3 trim levels, each with conventional all-wheel drive as well as dual turbocharged engines. The XDrive 35i is equipped with a 3.0-liter 6-cylinder engine producing 300-hp and xDrive50i gets a 4.4-liter V8 engine with an output of 400-hp. The X6 M deploys a 555-hp V8 engine in the xDrive50i. The gas models are marketed with only a single six-speed automatic transmission, and it adapts steering wheel paddles for physical gear changes. The Active Hybrid X6 comes with a "two-mode" system, which works in tandem with a 4.4-liter V8 combining, clubbed with an electric motor delivering a total output of 480 hp. The car can run on any of the power sources, depending upon the driving conditions, and it does not need plug-in charging. It has also a continuously variable automatic (CVT).
Conventional on all versions is Dynamic Performance Control of BMW that works along with the all-wheel drive system to provide independently controlled torque levels between all wheels. The system is developed to upgrade handling response and steering feel. The conventional safety features include traction control, ABS, all-side airbags, and antiskid system. The iDrive control system is conventional on all BMW versions that work with a console knob for regulating climatic functions, navigation, and entertainment.
